Bonegrafix will employ its proprietary manufacturing process to create standardized bone blocks or a custom bone replacement based on patient-specific CT information that can be refined (as required) by the surgeon through CAD software.  Bonegrafix’ manufacturing process is the only technology available that can incorporate and selectively place biologic and non-biologic substances into the block during the manufacturing process. 

Biologics that have applications in bone healing are unstable at room temperature for extended periods of time.  Bonegrafix has developed a proprietary process which preserves the stability of specific biologics at room temperature for at least 30 days and amplifies the pharmacologic actions of such biologics. 

Commercial use of Bonegrafix technology to precisely fabricate and deliver dose-appropriate, cost-effective application of biologics has the potential to change the current standard of care with improved outcomes.
