Bonegrafix, Inc. is a privately held medical device and biomaterials company engaged in the development and commercialization of innovative synthetic bone products that:  (1) replace missing or diseased bone and (2) promote rapid healing and remodeling of bone tissue.

The Company’s technology is expected to produce cost-effective products which combine the regenerative and remodeling features of autografts with the best properties of allografts and synthetic bone.  Expected benefits are:

• Increased patient safety with reduced risk of clinical complications
• Ability to incorporate and selectively place biologic and non-biologic substances into the block during the manufacturing process
• No size or shape constraints

Target markets include:  spine and general orthopedics, cranio-maxillofacial reconstruction, trauma, and sports medicine. 

Bonegrafix’ product line is being developed utilizing the Company’s proprietary drug, formulation, delivery and manufacturing processes.
